"There was room to grow and we were always busy. My manager at the time was very much into cross training which I enjoyed."

"Ask a lot of questions so you know the exact position you are getting into."

"Some of the employees were very unprofessional. They also were very willing to stab you in the back to take your position."

"Hire quality people who have respect for other employees and know how to act professional."

"The engineers are very helpful answering questions and giving ideas to improve the process"

"You need to be honest about your work experience, it will affect how you answer specific questions regarding the position you are applying for."

"Due to the nature of the business, it takes time to sign contracts so the work load is not consistant."

"Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done regarding the work load."

"Only that I have a job overseas that pays very well."

"Always tell the truth about your credentials! It doesn't pay to say you can do something when you can't."

"There is no support from supervisory level and equipment is totally inadequate for the job."

"Listen to experience! It will help you more than you think."

"I am no longer with Air Liquide. The project ended."

"I was working a project jo b with a beginning and end. Anyone pursuing permanent employment should not apply for this type of work."
What don't you like about working at Air Liquide?
"The company management had never had document control before. It was difficult bringing them into controls. However at the end of the project all of them were 100% appreciative."

"Use your controllers and appreciate their abilities. Include them in appropriate meetings."

"I had the opportunity to learn about doc control in an ISO environment."
