"This company recently changed policies and procedures within management. The changes were not positive ones. There is a lack of coordination and communication throughout the company. Roles are not defined and the wrong individuals have been placed in positions either they are not qualified for or do not meet skillsets for the positions assigned to. That being said it is a good company to get initial commercial experience in. The company does not take on larger jobs making it easier to learn basic trade skills. The lack of larger complicated jobs makes it easier to learn the basics although the long term commitment to learn the craft will require a larger company in your future."
