What do you like about working at DMX Music?

"Not too stressful but I still managed to stay busy all day. Very young cool hip and interesting mix of people worked there. Everyone was very friendly. Management was great and not too strict. I could wear a t-shirt to work everyday. They were also nice about taking time off."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's a great place to work. Be upbeat and positive. It's a wonderful office and I've never had any issues with anyone else who worked there. Still it doesn't pay much, but i'd rather work a job I enjoy going to everyday than a crappy stressful job that makes me decent money"

"Especially around the holidays, customer service can sometimes seem understaffed. Employees are overworked and underpaid at these times of the year, and there were no bonuses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay the employees more money and offer more paid vacation time. that is all I could come up with."

"Get out as fast as you can. The owner is a con artist that would sell his mothers soul for a buck. He has no interest in building a successful company, his only interest is making enough money to get him to the cayman islands as often as possible."

"Everything. The system was unorganized and every job was pushed to the last minute creating unneeded stress."

"The product is great and the companies the accounts are with, but be wary of your job description, training received and how many bosses you will have."

"the compensation, lack of direction and training from management, disorganization overall of upper management."
