"I've worked for the Department of Motor Vehicle for over 8 years and I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the company. Its what you make and if you stick around long enough you will then be selected to excel to a higher position. The pay is ok and the insurance is good. PTO and Sick leave is very beneficial. So all in all DMV is pretty good"

"This is the state, they will do what they can to not pay you. Only titles matter here. I am blessed to have a pension yes and working with the public is great. I can say this job is a step towards higher advancement in my career journey to climb higher ladders in authoritative and helpful positions. We all at times do feel like family though and it is a great stepping stone for me."
