"it is an outstanding company to work for. the management lesson to my opinion and evaluate what is best for the client even if it is not conducive to there company bottom line. Wen litigation would have resulted in a better financial outcome for the principals they decided to arbitrate. This allowed us to finish the project on time and within budget. I learned that reputation is equally important as your the bottom line. Their motto is Safety First, Respectability And Respect For All."
