"The focus on become a better company, and not only that but also becoming the benchmark that other companies like it self could refer to when trying to become successful in this business."

"My tip would be to understand that this company has a peak season and a down season so be prepared for a up and down work flow."

What don't you like about working at Dixie Sales Company?

"I don't like the fact that in my opinion upper management got it wrong most of the time. This company demanded a lot from the people on the bottom while, adding costly people to the top, I have found in my career that it's the people at the bottom who does all of the work but for the most part are the ones over looked. In short I didn't like upper management and their ideals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be to overhaul their upper management team and hold them accountable for setting and meeting their goals. I would also suggest going back to making every employee feel needed and wanted at the company by bringing back their bonuses, and company wide events, and visits from upper management more."
