"Tendency to focus more on sales and marketing initiatives rather than operational realities of carrying those out. Sort of an oversell and under delivery approach."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have and would continue to suggest that they include a more operations driven focus when introducing marketing initiatives. Failure to do so results in inadequate execution and ultimately unhappy customers."
