"DMS has a very poor employee retention rate. Great place to get some experience, but not a place to set your future at. The organization and structure of the workload gets unevenly distributed to its employees and the stress makes for an unhealthy work environment. Some employees have difficulty working with the owner, and ultimately leave because they no longer like coming in to work."
