"I enjoyed the travel and meeting new people. I loved working on the new projects as I considered them challenging."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company assumes that you completely understand the robot programming industry as it is up North. As a naive Southerner into this industry, I wasn't even aware of what questions to ask. Be aware, they will treat you fair, but they will just take for granted their standards, and if you don't ask, they won't know to tell."
What don't you like about working at Diverse Industries?
"I only heard from them when there was a problem. I left messages for the owner, but very few times did he actually return my calls unless there was a problem."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Talk to each other within your company. I was told to discuss business issues with one person, and technical issues with the other. But, when business overlapped, then I was accused of not communicating."
