"Bureaucracy - Changes take long time to get approved and implemented."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is cheaper to hire highly skilled and experienced consultants than several consultants with less experience."

"Excellent environment and co-workers. As a Field Technician, I had a great deal of independence, yet still felt connected to co-workers and those who I supported. Sadly the position ended due to COVID19 as demand for hands on IT support subsided due to workers transitioned to work at home. Would love to return if opportunity presents itself."

"Since its a contract position I'm not able to get vacation time or any benefits."

"The atmosphere is great and they really care about the customer service aspect."

"Not really, its a great place to work I just wish there was more room for advancement for contracted employees."

What don't you like about working at DISYS?

"That being a contracted employee there is no room for advancement for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider temp to hire instead of just using contracted techs."

"I've been providing project management services to Novartis-Alcon since October 2015 working for Red too and Disys consulting groups during that time. I must say the compensation and culture which exist at this company is exceptional. The only problem I've faced is its quite challenging to move up in your career."

"I was contracted with Bank of America through the temporary agency Disys. This was a very good experience and it was my first time commuting to work. I got along great with my co-workers and upper management. I learned a lot of new things and have applied my knowledge and experience from previous jobs I've worked at. Again, working for Dysis was a great experience."

The difference of those two consulting companies aren't far away culturally except Redtoo cares more about benefits/finding other roles and Disys compensates more."

"They were nice and took an interest in my well being. Their online system worked well."

"Expect that you will encounter happy, enjoyable people. Don't worry."

What don't you like about working at DISYS?

"It's a temporary staffing company. While they do a good job, they could be more careful to inspect the work environment of where their sending their workers. Where I worked at Cedar Sinai, it was kind of dirty."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a little more concerned about employee health and happiness."

"I have worked with DISYS for over 2 years. I have been very pleased so far. The company recently hired a new program manager to run the project I am currently working on, which makes her the 3rd program manager on this project. She is absolutely the worst person to work for, she lacks people skills and is very rude."
