"Do your best and your talents will be recognized. Be prepared to answer situational questions to the best of your ability. Be truthful."

What don't you like about working at Shionogi?

"It's difficult to put everyone on a levelled playing field because of the nature of the industry and the different territory specifics. It's difficult to be objective and reward people according to their efforts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management is already making improvement in several areas. Implementing a career ladder system as soon as possible will be beneficial."

"Loved taking a small Hospital based company to a billion dollars. Change was constant, rewards were based on the results you produced (not just volume of activity). Good people, good products, challenging and rewarding."

What don't you like about working at Organon?

"Nothing... I was lured away to Schering-Plough by an Organon Boss. Later, after joining Schering Plough, Schering actually bought and merged with Organon. They respected me and valued me enough to honor my complete tenure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Determine strengths and weaknesses. Focus on strengths to make them conscious and repeatable... work on weaknesses too to bring them to a level of the strength if possible. if you have someone who has the will to do the job and the can do, then get out of their way and let them produce."

"I enjoyed the great income, along with learning so much about how to hook up and train new employees on selling and demos for audio and video equipment"

"The most important thing for them, was to simply make and genrate revenue, margin and drive services. if you were someone who depended on a base salary, this was not the place for you, only the hungry and the winners were successful"

What don't you like about working at Circuit City?

"I think sometimes, if you were too good many people would try and create problem for you because their were envious of your success, I think the company should have done a better job , on helping team morale"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"again, to simply understand working in these types of enviornments, though competitive there still is a way for employees to respect everyone else who work hard and drives sales and are successful."
