"Managers work long hours when the season is busy, they get paid differently for that but it might be still hard for some people."

"During my work in this company I made a lot of automation developments and there are still some work that should be done.If this company focuses on automation carefully, they can grow a lot faster"

"The company was going thru reorganization, and that affected long term decisions."

"The company should have bought Direct TV, and they would have more market share today. They would be able to compete with Netflix."

"It was very hard to get upper management to take action in regards to allowing for District Managers to make sure they were allowed to create a team where you could bet your career on the talent that was inplace"

"the management staff with the exception of a couple where not providing the influence or help needed to succeed. Had to do everything on my own."

"being able to be their when needed and create the support so that their is a way to move up within the company."

"The people I work with. Its a fun environment to work in"

"Go into the detail of the comp plan. Very weak per sale payout."
What don't you like about working at Data Age?
"The paperwork process is backwards. They need to reverse it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Collect the money first then worry about the paperwork. The process is backwards."
What do you like about working at Public Storage?
"Competitive pay and good benefits. Worked at multiple locations. Camaraderie with other district managers was great."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask questions about advancement and turnover, as well as the number of hours you will work per day (including at home in the evenings). It probably won't be a long term employment solution if you are someone who likes to advance and excel within an organization. If you are someone who can be micromanaged and have no desire to climb the corporate ladder, then the company may be a good fit for you."
What don't you like about working at Public Storage?
"Most property managers are managed by employees who are only there to collect a paycheck. The low wages paid restricts the quality of people who apply for property manager positions. There is also a high level of turnover at the district manager level. The company turned over almost 90 of the 204 district managers in 2011. There are also several tedious, yet very time consuming duties that district managers must perform daily. These tasks could easily be reassigned or reduced, and consume several hours each week that should be devoted to training and developing property managers. The company also hesitates to spend money on improving facilities when needed, including things like fixing lights in storage units or dealing with pest infestations. Lastly, the company has property managers pushing renters insurance policies on every customer in a way that is borderline illegal. Some of the things property managers say can only be talked about or recommended by licensed insurance agents."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay property managers a higher salary, as they are expected to handle more duties than other professions paying the same wage. The higher wage would also benefit the company by increasing the quality of the hiring pool of property managers . I would also, reassign some of the more tedious tasks away from the district managers in order to allow for more time developing and coaching subordinates."
What do you like about working at Hitachi?
"The opportunity to assist in Sales and work closely with the customers."

"I would suggest you look elsewhere for employment, due to the fact I am the best fit."
What don't you like about working at Hitachi?
"They focused more on profitablity and less on relationship building."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make time to listen to all around and over communicate ."
What do you like about working at Lyon Workspace Products?
"Tracking where you are. Too much work for a small salary. Terrible Upper Management from RM to VP, COO and CEO!"

"It's just horrible! Do not like anything about it! Do not apply"

"That is the CEO's Job. Give some leadership. I never hear From Him EVER"

"Everyone is out for themselves and to make a name for themselves."
What do you like about working at Rite Aid?
"There is no sense of team with you field staff. Everyone seems to be on different pages all of the time and they are all out for themselves and their own growth."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would not look for a career at Rite Aid as there is no direct process like other organizations follow."
What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?
"I loved the training sessions that were put on from the training department once a month and the guidance that I would receive from my direct leader."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Build a different foundation of field management. There are too many chiefs, there should be one leader over the store, not a PDM, HRM and LPM. CVS has this right making the District Manager manage them as well."

"Improve on the operation so that the customers are better taken of."
