"If you like treading water, working long hours sometimes weekends, holidays, no accountability except for you because you are new and are not part of the inner circle, low pay then this job is for you!"

"The management staff there is incompetent, inconsistent, and plays favorites with other managers and even some hourly employees. There is no accountability in place."
