"Company is good at training its employees of providing its customers with quality service. This includes providing directions, locations, and time of events. Ensure that its employee are not put in harmful ways and ensure that its employees are taken care of."
"DISNEYLAND IS A GOOD CAREER JOB TO HAVE BECAUSE YOU GET GOOD EXPERIMENTS THERE TALKING TO PEOPLE AND UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. SEE SHOW HOW YOUR SKILLS CAN BE WITH WORKING BEHIND A CASH REGISTER AND HELP PEOPLE AROUND THE STORES OR IN THE PARK."
"I work with park attractions and rides for one of the largest entertainment organizations in the world."
"Fixing Rides, saving Lives and making Children happy! I’ve known adventures, seen places you will never see, seen things you wouldn’t believe. I’ve been Off-world and back… frontiers! Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Batuu, bright as magnesium… I rode on the back decks of a blinker and watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. I’ve felt wind in my hair, riding test boats off the Galaxy's Edge and seen an attack fleet burn like a match and disappear. I’ve seen it, felt it…! All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain."
"I've worked as a musician for Disneyland Parks. They take great care of their talent."
"I've worked for Disneyland for 8 months. They are a great company to work for you just have to work every day to get noticed. The bosses are great, managers are also awesome too."
"Overall a great place to work, but improvement could be made within middle management."
"I have worked for Disneyland Resort since spring of 2012. The company has taught me to stay safe, be courteous and be efficient within the working environment I am operating. Disneyland has also taught me to be an attentive lead to details."
"Working for parks and resorts is amazing! There is lots of room for lateral movement as well as working your way up the ladder. Benefits are competitive and there is plenty of helpful material available to help you along your way. Disney is great about working with your schedule for personal life and school, and recently started offering college courses at no cost to you.You hear a lot about Cast Members not being able to afford to live, but you also have to take into account that most of these are part time Cast Members fighting against the extreme cost of living in California. I know. I have been there at the bottom of the ladder, only getting a few hours a week, but I picked up every shift I could, and reached out to try and find a better role and once I converted to full time, a ton of opportunities opened up. I am now full time, full benefits and still can't afford to live in California. All in all, I highly recommend working here, but you have to take initiative to move up and forward."
"Very good company to work at!"
"The paycheck is the only perk of this job. Management sucks, there is no budget for maintenance, and overall it a terrible place to work."
"I've been working at Disneyland Resort since 2008. This company has given me a wonderful experience and I recommend this to others."
"We make a little over minimum wage, but it is not at all a means to survive in the CA economy."
"I have worked in the two departments at the Disneyland Resort, entertainment and attractions. I had great experiences with my management team when I worked in attractions, however the management for entertainment is mediocre at best. The majority of our leadership team is not sympathetic to the needs of their cast."
"I've worked for Disneyland Resort as a cashier and trainer since 2007. After being there for many years, I have experienced many different obstacles. It is a great environment to work in while dealing with new guests every day and being as helpful as I can to others. Assisting others is a key when working there. It is also a great place to get used to speaking freely to others and feel great about yourself after helping an individual. Til this day, I enjoy working at Disneyland resort."
