"You are expected to have fun with the guests (customers). This means that you can really relax and focus on the product of entertaining the customer. The benefits were great."

"Don't even try to work for Disney if you like being depressed! Focus on displaying your people skills and that you are already a fan of the company."

What don't you like about working at Walt Disney World?

"There is too much management BS to deal with. Often managers have their hands tied when they needed less restraint. Also, I was fired for one policy violation without any reprimands or alternative actions on the issue after two years of receiving above expectations on my performance reviews."

"You should sit down and really think about your career path at Disney. Do not leave things up to fate."
