"It´s hard to compare because I haven't work with other cruise companies. But compared with the Counselors inland our salary is less but because we have a lot of facilities onboard, like not paying rent or for food or to wash/dry our clothes, we have medical service and they provide us with our uniforms. So basically the salary is all for us. I guess you have to give up some things for others which I find fair enough."
