"I've worked at Discus Dental for 8 1/2 yrs in the IT Dept, as a Desktop/Technical Support analyst. The IT management lacked direction and there has been many changes in critical leadership positions, which has indirectly affected the morale and quality of the IT Service in the group."

"Not given the opportunity to prove I can be a great Engineer to the company."

"They've had great management, and if it wasn't for them. I wouldn't ever gotten the experience I have now."

"Nothing anymore. Things have changed. I use to be fun environment with lots of activites that all the staff could enjoy. However favortism was a key role by Management."

"Honestly, if this were a few years ago, I would reccomend this job to anyone, but with the new staff since January 2011. I wouldnt give anyone a tip to work for this company."
What don't you like about working at Discus Dental?
"Lots of managers had there choice favorites. If you jumped to there commands and allowed them to yell at you, then you were #1. It did not matter how good you were at doing your job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your staff. Work with them when there is a problem.Do not take anyones else word for it. Have compassion with all staff not just the ones you like."

"They mess with your commissions and do not get paid. Restructuring commissions after hitting a $100 million sales is just plain wrong"

"Have a fair commission structure for sales reps, that makes bonus and commission achievable."
