"Honestly, if this were a few years ago, I would reccomend this job to anyone, but with the new staff since January 2011. I wouldnt give anyone a tip to work for this company."

"Lots of managers had there choice favorites. If you jumped to there commands and allowed them to yell at you, then you were #1. It did not matter how good you were at doing your job."

"Listen to your staff. Work with them when there is a problem.Do not take anyones else word for it. Have compassion with all staff not just the ones you like."
