"Unless you are really desperate for the job, please don't consider this company. If you don't have any experience at all, then you might consider this since the work involves more of the same everyday."

"Management style"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First of all, they should learn to let the workers in a relaxed manner. If the name of the game is research then they should be very flexible rather than micromanaging their work force. If they don't need Ph.Ds then they shouldn't be hiring Ph.D but they shouldn't disrespect Ph.Ds by giving them a) pathetic pay and b) expecting them to do non research jobs."
