"There is very little instruction on how to do your job. Sink or swim is often used by co-workers as typical working environment. Everyone is extremely busy and therefore unable to provide assistance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire fewer contractors and allow management to take the time to explain how to do their job."
