"Ask questions fo the interviewer and be comfortable with the answers"

"The minimized communications between all levels of the organization in regards to strategy and business initiatives."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Drive communications with all levels of the organization. Get out of the office and perform executive rounds of the facilities to get in touch with the operations"

"Travel Adventures was a well run business. The owner generally cares about the clients and employees who work there. We were always trying to move forward."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Before the buyout, I would recommend it to anyone, afterwards, run away!"
What don't you like about working at Travel Adventures?
"Travel Adventures was sold to TUI Student Travel. After that, things changed, and not for the better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The new management, after the company was purchased, gave lip service to receiving suggestions, but they had their own agenda and weren't really listening."

"some of the people. true lack of vision. Couldn't complete any tasks or project."

"Changes in mgmt were fast and furious, often resulting in 180 degree changes in philosophy."
What do you like about working at Allied Interstate?
"Good people to work with, and a large budget for hardware. Shortly after I walked in the door there, converted over to an HP failover configuration with 5 TB of EMC raid and 320 tape library system hooked up to its own server."
What don't you like about working at Allied Interstate?
"The company was unstable while I was there. New management seemed to repeat the same mistakes as previous management and met with the same failures."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It has been 5+ years since I was employed there. Management and staffing as changed significantly, so I have nothing to offer."
