"Make sure you understand and agree to the criteria that will be used to evaluate your performance. Limited opportunities for advancement based strictly on performance.."

What don't you like about working at McGraw-Hill?

"New leadership following corporate reorganization in 2011. Company has adopted a very short-term focus as they position the education group for sale. Low morale, concerns about job security with lots of senior / experienced staff having been released for cost saving purposes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't destroy the company's reputation for quality products and knowledgeable sales representatives. Your brand is your most important asset."

"The staff that I work with are supportive of each other and the visions despite any differences they may have with it."

"Have vision and willingness to spread your knowledge base beyond your skill set. Expect strange and unusual client needs."

What don't you like about working at iStreamPlanet?

"The (executive) management has increasingly shown lack of interest in returning the support back to its staff despite removing many of the intangible benefits that once existed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Show more respect to employees - its not salary or retirement benefits that make employees want to stay, it's the intangible benefits."

"Manager was immature, self-centered and unprofessional at times. Gossiped with fellow employees about other department employees."

"Since it is a large corporation there is stability. Good place to learn and cut your teeth before moving on to another position."

What don't you like about working at Clear Channel?

"Very rigid corporate structure and heirarchy. My particular division, the President at the time allowed very unprofessional behavior from a couple of SVP's that anywhere would have been fired for their conduct."
