"Be open and speak your mind. They appreciate imaginative and out spoken people."

"Due to poor financial planning and a slump in the market, the company can no longer make payroll."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Retain higher financial reserves, establish a recurring product line and be less project orientated."

"The creative atmosphere is wonderful. It is full of people from all walks and industries."

"Talk openly about your ideas and vision. In turn, be open to theirs."

"Poor financial management and discipline has left us and the mercy of a project by project work environment."

"Minimize expenses by concentrating on core competencies and the products of the company."

"PHT has a very interesting and fun business with great people working there."

"There is very little I don't like about working at PHT. It is an exciting, fun, fast paced company with a bright future ahead of it."

"I would like to see them take a more advanced, strategic leadership role."

"I liked the work and the production facility but most of all I enjoyed working with the clients and my co-workers."

"The company no longer exists, it went under because of poor management."
What don't you like about working at National Video Industries?
"The corporate structure was flawed and could not grow with the future changes in the industry."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Tighter control on expenditures and they need to listen more to the department heads."

"Family run business with 15 person staff of family/friends."
What do you like about working at Skye Associates?
"The role provides a lot of responsibility, but the extreme micromanagement makes it difficult to achieve goals."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They won't reveal that it's a family business until after hiring. Also, be aware that they age discriminate against younger people (I was asked my age at my interview, which is illegal) - so be prepared for that."
What don't you like about working at Skye Associates?
"Vacation and sick days are not tracked; use as necessary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take a course on management. Morale is extremely low, staff has breakdowns on a weekly basis. Staff are expected to work overtime without any additional compensation or even minor praise. Most employees have not received a college degree so they are in fear of loosing their job and therefore never give feedback to management. Provide an anonymous survey to get cued into how your management style is affecting the hardworking people that work for you."
