"Political interference someyimes mankes it difficult to accomplish the strategic plans that one wishes to implement"

"Spearhead more staff development for every department head and all municipal employees. Offer Education assistance."

"The company was bought out by GE and restructured- just after decertifying the union - people were very demoralized."

"Good employee morale is a key factor for good production. Managing employees with the same respect you expect, is the key to success -value and recorgnize the workforce."
