"Be yourself, have confidence in your abilities. You will generally interview with the hiring manager and then HR."
What don't you like about working at The Reading Group?
"New CEO was hired at the beginnning of 2012 and reorganized the business into silo's. Parts Sales were not any part of his objective."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Invest in the business in terms of systems (ERP/MRP, etc.) This costly invesment would pay off very quickly by reducing inventory, manual labor, more financial visibility for all businesses."

"The building was very old and a very bad appearance for the customers and employees."

"We were not allow to voice our opinions about any improvement they were not accepted"

"Because it closed I can only say It had a lot of job security"

"It was to far.It took 2 hours to get home."

"It was a place where you show your experience and you get all the respect from all Dept. Managers"
