"Management team highly inexperienced, company is run by emotion, not experience. Employees are allowed to run amok and there is an incredible amount of division and animosity among the team members. This is one PAINFULLY dysfunctional company"

"Gain more American business experience. Learn to actually manage your teams. Require individuals to posses some form of work ethic."
