"It is a volunteer organization and thus, doesn't pay one cent in cash."

"There should be an IT person who is on staff for JOIN and PRONET at all times. This is necessary for continuity to continue within the IT committee and ProNet."

"It's no longer in business, but other than that I enjoyed working there."

"As the Director of IT, as long as the job got done, I had free reign. As a result, I don't have much to say about management, as they let me do my work."

"This is a company that is very focused on reliability. Everything is backedup. Show a concern that all flows smoothly at all times. Speed is not valued anywhere near as much as dependability and reliability of work."

"Offerd little training, direction or support when moved into management. Management changes direction with little notice."

"Keep the employees in the loop. Not knowing plans and hearing only bits and pieces created anxiety."

"This company does not practice what it preaches in terms of how employees are dealt with. Be aware and ask many questions regarding position responsibilities and future opportunities."
