"I have been given the freedom and resources to design and build a new network."

What don't you like about working at American Mortgage Service?

"That I have had to perform the Windows , SQL , Data and Exchange migrations without any downtime. The office operates 24x7 and it has kept me sharp and careful not to impact the users."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That if I leave I would like to move them to a Cloud system. And assist them part-time on the backend applications."

"Unfortunately, HRN Services has been severely effected by the economic downturn and is not hiring now or in the future."

"Political barriers and very silo'd management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In order for HRN to survive they will need to change the way they currently do business in this economy. They have many area's within their management that need improvement. Communication being number 1."

"Very transient staff. Most of it's revenue came from many annual conferences/meetings which made for a disruptive work environment."
