Submit a Review"I enjoy being on top of the department working with a great staff. The entire organization from top to bottom treats staff with respect and honesty. The hardest thing working for a non profit is not the lower salary. It's the resources to meet the needs of the organization. It's very difficult as funding is low to keep the I.T. department running as close to 100 percent efficient as possible."

"I like the amount of the control. I get to decide what gets done and it what order, etc. The bad part is amount of responsibility that you have. It can be stressful and demanding at times. Also, for me personally, I prefer programming to IT work, so the fact that it is an IT director position isn't the most exciting thing for me."

"Leadership and their strategic planning have caused a large road block in making major decisions"

"Trust the experts they have hired, develop a plan and follow it (course correcting as needed)"

"The company enables you to serve the community at large, only apply if you are willing to work hard and with a diverse population."

"I feel I have reached a point of stagnation. CHCL has limited resources for educational opportunities that will further my development."

"The C-level needs to be more decisive and not let good opportunities slip by."

"Provide an insight on how what you do can benefit the product that they provide, i.e. how can you best facilitae the people that assist the childern in need that this orginization trys to help."

"The direction the current executives and board members are taking the company"

"Get ride of the consulting companies and allow the people you have on staff to focus on the core product you provide."

"The office environment was nice once we had relocated. I enjoyed that the infrastructure was a small, but well hosted, highly secure environment."

"It's been some time since I worked with them, but I would be careful, make sure they give you written, contractual promises as they will break their word."
What don't you like about working at Jolie Quest Hotels & Resorts?
"I was giving inadequate resources to complete some of the tasks required. When major problems were resolved, little to zero feedback from the president. My boss was fired one month into working for the company."

"The company infrastructure was poorly defined and poorly staffed. Hiring the right people would really help to bring the company growth."

"The People were amazing to work with. It was a great environment"

"Stay away from the politics, this company likes to be very secretive and then blast things out of nowhere when letting people go."
What don't you like about working at PromptCare?
"They were cheap and late payers. I took the brunt of the abuse from our vendors"

"Pay your bills on time. We lost numerous good vendors because we were dropped from having credit with them"
