"No, pretty standard interview. Know the products of the group you are meeting with."

"Big company bureaucracy abounds. Expect silly upper management decisions regularly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus and let the employee know they won't get laid off."
What do you like about working at Dell?
"Dell was more of a mix between Collaborative and intense. There was a lot of firefighting going on which was high stress and limited being proactive, which in turn led to more fires to fight. The collaborative team focused aspect I liked, the intense fighter fighting I didn't like."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's important to understand if the organization you are interviewing for is growing or contracting. I would avoid the ones that are contracting."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"We were constantly changing our development plans based on last quarters results which lead to inefficiencies and delayed results."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would more inclined to invest in the future regardless of the last quarters results."
