"The team members at my per levels and my team were great. The culture of inclusiveness proir to current leadership was outstanding."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Talk about results, accountability, and reduction of variability in results and performance. Say you love to work hard and do not beleive your personal time is more valuable than your work time. MAke them believe you live to work not work to live."

What don't you like about working at DineEquity?

"The actions and behaviors of the new leadership. Thier failure to deliver a clear and honest message where realistic goals and outcomes are possible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look back at twhat made the organization great and foster those values and behaviors, do not just create a mission statement and a set of values, rather live them in the spirit they were created. Walk the walk and talk the talk, it is a people business, people before business but business nonetheless."
