"This concept was a good idea, outsourcing Help Desk work to Higher Learning institutions, but horribly executed by upper management."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't. They lie and nobody lasts more than two years."

What don't you like about working at Perceptis?

"At first I was allowed to fix their many client support failings both technological and staffing wise but soon had thosed resources removed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest with potential clients. Don't sell products and services you can't support leaving the company with no choice but to scapegoat short lived employees."
