What do you like about working at Brookline College?
"Some of my colleagues shared the mission to provide feedback and best practices to improve the culture."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company hired consultants in 2011. However, they would not heed the advice of the consultants and, ultimately, fired them! Until the executive members (Board members, President, COO, etc.) changes, don't interview with the company."
What don't you like about working at Brookline College?
"Many of the executive leadership members lack trust in the employees. There wasn't any autonomy in the functions of my former position. There was limited structure and a lack of quality in the curricula and students. The turnover was immense, yet resources were limited."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I had my doubts working for the company on the very first day, but in an effort to give the company a chance to positively impact the lives of the hundreds of students enrolled, I stayed. However, when the president threatened to fire members for not hiring a position in the company without considered the lack of quality support provided by HR as well as others, I lost all faith in the company wanted to improve. It was in its own way!"

"Continual updates of website and testing of various email campaigns."

"Be open to regular changes in company direction and management."

"Not enough mentoring by executives or executive interaction with staff."

"More flexibility of employee work schedules and more telecommute options."

"Working on a daily basis with the students to try to help them achieve their goals"

"Unless you're interviewing at the Greenwood, Indiana campus RUN AWAY."
What don't you like about working at MedTech?
"You've been positive, not me. The Campus Director is/was an ego maniacal idiot with absolutely no managerial skills whatsoever. He micro-managed every detail of everyone's job. He told everyone not only what to say, but how to say it (exact words). He maintained a network of spies within the office to make sure that everything was being done according to his precise instructions. He was, by far, the worst boss I've ever worked for or been around. Corporate office knew of all this, knew the employees/managers were miserable, and did nothing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the managers and directors do their jobs and stop micro managing everything to death. Get consistent in direction from one day to the next."

"The freedom to create new education programs and delivery methods"

"Be prepared to travel alot and have daily interaction with producer members"

"Organization was very compartmentalized. Difficult to know what other departments were doing."

"It was a well managed and well run organization, with very capable management"
