"Senior staff managment or lack off direct cooperate supervision for senior staff managment."

"Trust in your coordinators a little more. a little more hands on with coordinators and less gosip."

"Managing staff, seeing the staff and students enjoying the food we prepared."

"The end of the year report preparation, doing the inventory monthly."

"Listening to staff members, following company policy, and listening to what the customer wants and needs."

What do you like about working at Morrison Senior Living?
"The Corporate office mission, vision and plans were worth believing in. They appeared to be a good family value place to work and grow."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Locally the culture seems to be assertive and braging when interviewing."
What don't you like about working at Morrison Senior Living?
"Locally the leadership worked for an acquired company HDS and not anything like the corporate company. I did not feel the support I needed from my direct boss, I didn't feel like he was honest wth me. I know that this was not corporate supported but I also think they didn't know what was going on regarding my employment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was laid off but my boss did nothing to help me find a new job. In fact I thin he held his support for me."
