"GE Capital has been downsizing its workforce since 2009 to meet market pressures. Unfortunately, my role was eliminated in June 2012."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Eliminating roles of Expert Executives is not a great strategy for survival nor proper competition in this stressful market. Deep functional expertise and industry knowledge is migrating to competitors."

"Lack of support for team members when needed and expectation to prepare, plan, implement marketing for the company."

"Come up with a marketing strategy and sales strategy that they want for the entire company."

"The management is terrible. Our goals are constantly being redefined and we don't have enough time to accomplish out tasks."

"Our CEO is the biggest problem. He takes on new projest without understanding the underlying requirements and sets unrealistic deadline to accomplish them."
