"Show your energy and enthusiasm. It is a great opportunity to work there. Be creative, be yourself and work to understand every aspect of the company"
What don't you like about working at Cinder Block?
"There have been conflicts of personalities and work ethics that have made things difficult. And with current budget cuts, I regret having been cut from the budget."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand the work flow and requirements to get production completed and the logistics of the jobs. Understand the needs of art and creative to accomplish the job."

"The clients they controlled as bing in the Forbes 25."

"Be prepared to be promised one thing when interviewed and something else when hired."

"The complete restructuring of the company and the lack of communication."

"It's a good place to be if you want to sacrifice excellence for family time. Many of the people working while I was there were really nice."

"If you don't have direct sales experience personally, give examples of your most stereotypical solutions, wear an eagle pin on your shirt, and pretend you are a goody - two shoes church going, vitamin taking, sports loving, ra-ra team, yes man or woman."
What don't you like about working at AdvoCare International?
"Let me count the ways; It's somewhat like a religious cult, low bar for creative excellence, the business is plummeting and they cycle through employees looking to blame it on them, they are opposed to any kind of innovation, your work is at the mercy of the opinion of thousands of distributors, the actual products are generally ho-hum, the management turnover is high."

"If it's been done the same for 25 years, it might be time to try something new."
