What do you like about working at BOLT Systems?

"I was mostly allowed to do my work as I wanted it to be done. I liked what I was doing. I was managing my time. The pay was no worse than for similar positions at other companies."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, since the company is not around any more."

What don't you like about working at BOLT Systems?

"There was no scientific research component to it. The superiors were unreliable in terms of organization of the work and the future of the company. No benefits have been paid. Many stories have been told about why many things did not work as they were supposed to work. Ultimately, the company collapsed for a reason we - the employees - have absolutely nothing to do with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be responsible and organize your business better if you hire people and ask them to leave their old jobs."
