"Whatever position you accept you better like it just the way it is because you will be at it for a long time before getting a promotion."

What don't you like about working at City of Terrell, TX?

"small minded direct supervisor, paranoia and backstabbing by upper management toward department heads. Didn't give people enough credit for contributions. Looked to hard for errors and things to criticize. Immediate supervisor was a liar and gave superiors false information."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More employee input, recognize achievement of the person relative to the job they do, provide more employee training more feedback and more constructive feedback"
