"What I love most is my role in helping this global conglomerate penetrate the USA market, and to have complete freedom to lead its communications efforts, which include PR, marketing, community outreach, team building and internal communications. The Port Miami Tunnel Project is most special to the Miami community, and I truly enjoyed being a part of the incredible team that made this challenge a reality."

What do you like about working at The Connor Group?
"I love the fact that there is no glass ceiling here. I've seen entry-level people work their way up and earn a partnership interest in the company. I also like that we set high expectations, work hard, but aren't corporate by any means. The reward and recognition program is unbelievable. How many employers go, Hey, you've exceeded your numbers the last six months and continue to do a great job. Here's that flat screen you've been wanting. That's the kind of thing we do."

"We have a very strong culture here. Just know that if you don't like holding yourself to a high standard, you won't make it here."
What don't you like about working at The Connor Group?
"There are times that I feel stressed, because I take work home and work long hours. But to be honest, I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Keep stressing the company's core values: Do the Right Thing; People Count; Live the Circle of Success; Long-Term Trumps Short-Term and Relentless Pursuit of Excellence.."

"Great people, products and solutions and good work environment. All things considered a great place to be in once CH11 issues are resolved."

"Layoffs, 4+ year salary freeze, cut-backs, loss of critical tools, and management changes made me unsure of job security and created differences in career visions."

"Acknowledge, respect, and reward proven producers rather than trying to treat everyone equally. Hold individuals accountable for their own actions and not the actions of others."

"My team is embracing innovation, community consultation, person centred service design and open government whilst much of the organisation doesn't know what it is."

"Engage with staff by walking the floors more often and continuing regular staff forums"
