"We have a small budget and resources, making it necessary to be creative in programming and wear many hats - it's a good opportunity to learn and have a diverse workload, but also can be stressful and busy."

"Being at my level and sometimes not feeling like I have authority to make a decision. Distance from home and not having teh ability to work from home as an option."

"Empower my team a little more. Let those in leadership positions lead and only get involved when necessary. Leave the minor decisions within their authority."

"It was very rewarding. I love interacting and meeting new people. That position allowed me to do so."

"There wasn't much I didn't like but if I had to pinpoint one thing it probably be the appearance of the office."

"I had a very supportive mananger so I can't think of any suggestions I'd give."

"It was a terrible place to work, everyone is looking for another job or planning to begin a search. Sad."

"Many of the students were a pleasure to work with."

"Focus on the positives, students and remember that this is a for profit company... numbers, numbers, numbers."

"Management, toxic work enviornment."

"I shared many suggestions but they were all rejected. Not worth giving suggestions."

"The people I get to help daily. How they come in discourage and leave successful."

"The politics of corporate America."

"I would recommend a thorough study of subordinates...those that follow the mission of the company, and engage them, encourage and empower them. They overlook the little guys too often, too soon."
