"To be comptitive in today's marketpalce the university has had to shift from being in the education business to being focused on the business end of educating students. This shift has created a lean toward business focused culture rather than a student focused culture ... bottom line versus the students in line."

"Ensure the student development issues and resoruces were addressed at the highest level (budget, staffing and equipment)."

"Lack of communication of situtations that directly relate to my position, and clear policies and procedures to guide my decision making and problem solving"
