"There is a lot of automony with the regular work day. There is a lot of variety in the type of work performed."

"This would really be hard to do without knowing what the position is that they are applying for."

"There is really no growth path. Evaluations are subjective. Responsibilities are not clearly outlined."

"I don't have any suggestions. This is a privately owned company and suggestions are not really solicited."
