"I love about being a Director of Applied Biometrics is that provides you the flexibility to create and perform new technological developments that will help the society in general in the pursue of the truth, justice and rule of Law.Mi involvement is this field is a vocation, not a job. I excel and drives me to help others apply the rule of law to help the entire society. What I hate about this job, is that usually upon the completion of system of these nature, you transfer your technological knowledge and then, you are no longer needed. Your expertise is no longer required, thus becoming an overqualified team member, a primer candidate to be laid off."
