"The constant absence of the owners and their mishandling of accounts with which they are not familiar"

"Dedicate more time to being in the office and become familiar with all your employees different accounts and the special requirements of those accounts."

"To much family working in the same building, favortism and owners and all top management our all related and or married"

What don't you like about working at QMACS?

"to much family, favortism and drama between departments, not enough team work. Senior management interfering with personal life outside of work with some and not others."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stay out of personal lives of employees. All rules apply to everyone all the time not to some of the employees some of the time. Need benefits and training of employees needs to be more organized and less chaotic"
