"I love many things about my role as Director of Ad Ops over the years. I really like seeing tangible metric results, post optimization efforts, and creative shifts, etc. What I probably hate the most in the Director of Ad Ops role, is the lack of respect/commitment that the Ad Ops lead receives from other department heads, when it comes to website change requests, new ad product turn-around times, etc."
