"I've been with the company since Feb of this year. Direct Agents is a Digital Marketing Agency located in the heart of NYC - close to NYU and Cooper Union. The company is extremely fast paced and I've learned so much during my time here in terms of the agency lifestyle as well as the tempo of the business. While I enjoyed my time here and have learned much, the rate of turnover was something I couldn't naturally adapt to. From February to September, I've seen at least 15 employee turnovers. While I was told that this is normal in an agency setting, it was difficult for me to keep up with the pace. In my next role, I hope to be involved with a company and my co-workers in a more permanent setting in order to build a better connection which will have positive impact on work as well."
