"There is a lot of micro managing that happens on a daily basis."

"I think that upper management should have more confidence in their managers."

"Freedom to operate my units, ability to effect change, great people, if you have and idea and want to try it they let you, having to make things happen on a limited budget."

"Be prepared for a different kind of interviewing, it will be multiple interviews with a diverse group."

"The politics of the system."

"Sometimes common sense needs to enter into the equation. Let the people who have real world experience have more input."
