"The Sr. Management in the IT department continues to promote a toxic workplace. The pay is great and the work not that difficult but the constant worry and stress over political infighting and maneuvering makes for a difficult, day, week, and year. It's common practice, (every couple years) since the IT department’s creation, to blame and fire people for upper management mistakes – yet the same issues continue. The only thing that has kept many of us from leaving is the high pay."

"I'm not very interested in investment management and would much rather be focused more on social media marketing and/or more creative industries."

"Dimensional was and continues to be going through the growing pains of evolving from a small company to a medium-sized company. They haven't been very good at being honest and open with their employees about future plans for the company and it created a lot of unrest and distrust."
