"It is a sweatshop with no vision for the future since going private. There are good people here that are starting to think of fleeing, a couple has already. They need to revamp their Senior Leadership. They have people in those positions that don't make a difference and have their favorites."

"My immediate supervisor was more concerned about how he was perceived by his supervisors than about being an effective leader. I never felt that he would risk much for me or others in our group. It always seemed that he was annoyed when I asked him questions or for assistance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to those who know best - the employees who actually do the front line work. Slow down and get things right the first time rather than spend futile and countless efforts to band aid it the second time around."
