"People do not stay here very long for a reason. Countless layoffs in the form of RIF's where they lay off good people who happen to have a different opinion than management."

"In one word...management. While I was in management, most there only want the problem solved immediately without first understanding the why's and the how's. Very silo'd work environment with most only caring about their work rather than the organization as whole"

"Listen to those who know best - the employees who actually do the front line work. Slow down and get things right the first time rather than spend futile and countless efforts to band aid it the second time around."
