I am not entirely happy with the ups and downs of decisions on Capitol Hill that impact our jobs. "When interviewing here, ask as many questions about the work, culture, employee retention, hours, etc. Also, ask why people stay and why people leave here."

"Generally the people are nice on a personal level, but there are a lot of diva personalities. There are also a lot of extra activities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to listen to employee concerns and make an effort to support and back us up when necessary. I feel there is very little support and no respect."
