"get rid of the grey cubicles, connect dept. data bases, move, promote more women, update website, relax the dress code, relax the time of day to work schedule, value creativity and its process, allow some working from home, fix slow email, get more bandwidth, allow behaved pets, provide affordable child care, if not moving, provide better lunch area. standing work stations, on site exercise, more education"

"I don't like that the company is so small that there isn't a budget to hire new talent, such as me. It has been verbalized more than once that the CEO would like to find a way to keep me on permanently, but doesn't have the funding to do so."
